- Most of our customers receive their package within 7 to 12 business days, depending on their location.
- You will receive your tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Exchanges & returns
We do not accept exchanges or returns, so we recommend carefully checking the size, color and style before you buy.
If you receive a piece that does not fit, you do not like the color, or you simply change your mind about the style you chose, exchanges, returns or refunds will not be possible, as long as you received exactly the product you ordered.
A refund or corresponding solution will only be provided when there is an error attributable to Deluxe&Co Atelier or our fulfillment center, for example, if you receive a different size, color or style than the one you ordered.
If the product you received correctly matches the size, color and design selected at the time of purchase, the responsibility for the choice lies with the customer.
